We partner with landowners through crop share agreements where both parties share the risks and rewards of the harvest. Renfroe Farms provides the labor, equipment, and inputs, while the landowner contributes the land. Profits are split based on a fair, agreed-upon percentage.

Cash Rent Leasing
For those who prefer a more traditional approach, we also offer cash rent leases. Landowners receive a fixed annual payment, and we handle the rest — from planting to harvest — ensuring your land is maintained and remains productive.
